Onze aroma's geven desserts, sauzen, dranken en andere levensmiddelen precies die smaakbeleving die een product bijzonder maakt. Voor ons QC-laboratorium in Zaandam zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker QC Laboratorium voor 24-32 uur per week. Een afwisselende functie waarin je werkt met grondstoffen en eindproducten, fysische & analytische testen uitvoert én onderdeel bent van ons sensorisch panel. Heb je nog niet veel ervaring met aroma's of sensorische beoordeling? Geen probleem. We leren je graag de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker QC Laboratorium zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat onze grondstoffen en eindproducten aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen voldoen. - Grondstoffen en eindproducten voorbereiden voor sensorische testen. - Samenstellen van monsters voor klanten. - Deelnemen aan ons sensorisch panel en producten beoordelen op smaak en geur. - Werken volgens kwaliteitsprocedures. - Analytische en fysische testen uitvoeren. - Afwijkingen tijdig signaleren en zorgen voor een passende opvolging. - Je waarnemingen en resultaten zorgvuldig vastleggen in ons ERP-systeem. - Productie ondersteunen bij kwaliteits- en technische vragen. - Beheren en organiseren van monsters en materialen. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken iemand die nieuwsgierig is en graag wil leren. Je hoeft nog niet alles te weten over aroma's, een goede basis en de juiste instelling vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. - Heb je minimaal mbo-niveau 3, bij voorkeur in levensmiddelen, chemie, laboratoriumtechniek of een vergelijkbare richting. - Werk je nauwkeurig en vind je het belangrijk dat resultaten ...
