Functieomschrijving: Als medewerker railbouw ben jij een onmisbare schakel in onze fabriek. Je werkt dagelijks met metalen onderdelen en zorgt dat deze perfect in elkaar passen.

Je stelt machines en gereedschappen secuur in voor het verwerken van buizen en heugels. Na de bewerking maak je alles klaar voor de volgende stap in het proces. Jij controleert de kwaliteit en de maatvoering van elk product streng. Zo voldoe je altijd aan onze hoge eisen.

Je houdt jouw eigen werkplek netjes en veilig. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte doorstroom naar de volgende afdeling. Ook denk je actief mee over slimme verbeteringen. Hiermee verhoog je de efficiëntie van de productie.
