Functieomschrijving: Als medewerker railbouw ben jij de motor van de fabriek. Je bewerkt metalen onderdelen met veel precisie. Je stelt machines in voor het verwerken van buizen. Na elke bewerking maak je alles klaar voor de volgende stap.

Jij controleert de kwaliteit van elk product streng. Zo voldoe je altijd aan onze hoge eisen. Je houdt jouw werkplek netjes en veilig voor iedereen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een vlotte doorstroom naar de volgende afdeling. Ook denk je actief mee over slimme verbeteringen in het werk. Hiermee help je de snelheid van de productie te verhogen. Als medewerker railbouw ben je trots op jouw vakmanschap.
