Heb jij een warm hart voor ouderen en vind je het belangrijk dat bewoners meer beleven dan alleen de dagelijkse zorg? Ben je creatief, sociaal en organisatorisch sterk? Dan is deze functie als medewerker REAC misschien iets voor jou.

Als medewerker REAC zorg je voor een actieve, warme en betekenisvolle daginvulling voor bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum. Je organiseert activiteiten die aansluiten bij hun interesses, talenten, mogelijkheden en levensverhaal. Zo help je bewoners om actief te blijven, sociale contacten te onderhouden en zoveel mogelijk te genieten van het dagelijkse leven.

Je werkt nauw samen met zorgmedewerkers, vrijwilligers, mantelzorgers en externe partners om een gevarieerd activiteitenaanbod uit te bouwen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Organiseren, begeleiden en evalueren van recreatieve, culturele en educatieve activiteiten.
  • Uitwerken van activiteiten die bijdragen aan de reactivatie, het welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van bewoners.
  • Bewoners individueel begeleiden wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Actief luisteren naar de wensen, interesses en mogelijkheden van bewoners.
  • Bewoners stimuleren om deel te nemen aan activiteiten en sociale contacten.
  • Organiseren van thema-activiteiten, evenementen, uitstappen en andere groepsactiviteiten.
  • Samenwerken met zorgmedewerkers, vrijwilligers, mantelzorgers en externe organisaties.
  • Bijdragen aan een warme, huiselijke en participatieve leefomgeving.
  • Administratief opvolgen van activiteiten en bewonersparticipatie.
  • Meedenken over nieuwe activiteiten en initiatieven die het dagelijkse leven van bewoners aangenamer en betekenisvoller maken.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma ergotherapie, orthopedagogie, sociale gezondheidszorg, muziektherapie, creatieve therapie, toegepaste gezondheidswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in ouderen en respecteert de eigenheid van iedere bewoner.
  • Je bent creatief en ziet mogelijkheden om bewoners op verschillende manieren te activeren.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beschikt over sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt ervan om activiteiten van A tot Z te organiseren.
  • Je kunt flexibel inspelen op veranderende situaties en behoeften van bewoners.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Ervaring binnen ouderenzorg, een woonzorgcentrum, welzijn, animatie, ergotherapie of sociaal-cultureel werk is een pluspunt.
