- RCN wordt aanbevolen met een 8.5 - Al meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in gastvrijheid - Onvergetelijk voor jong en oud Medewerker Receptie RCN het Grote Bos, Doorn - Utrecht 32 - 38 uur | € 2.422 tot € 2.951 per maand | Doorn, Utrecht Gastcontact en administratie combineren, midden in de bossen van de Utrechtse Heuvelrug, op het grootste park van RCN. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor gasten bij aankomst, maar je wacht niet af tot ze naar jou toekomen. Je zoekt zelf het contact op, beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en mail, verwerkt reserveringen en zorgt dat opdrachten bij de juiste collega terechtkomen. Frontoffice en backoffice wisselen elkaar af en geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde. Bij vragen, tips over de omgeving of klachten weten gasten jou te vinden en jij zorgt dat ze altijd met een goed gevoel vertrekken. Wie zijn wij? RCN het Grote Bos ligt midden op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug, op fietsafstand van Utrecht en Amersfoort. Met tachtig hectare is het het grootste park van RCN, maar de sfeer is er juist kleinschalig en gezellig. Campingplaatsen en huisjes midden in het bos, omringd door natuur en rust. De teams horeca, recreatie, receptie, schoonmaak, technische dienst en groenvoorziening zorgen samen het hele jaar voor een onvergetelijke vakantiebeleving. De sfeer op het park is gemoedelijk en vertrouwd. Je doet het echt samen, je kunt op elkaar rekenen en je mening doet er toe. Er is altijd wel iets gezellig te doen en je werkt in een divers team waar jouw inzet elke dag zichtbaar is. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt ervaring op de frontoffice of backoffice, of in de gastvrijheidsbranche. - Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om zelf op gasten af te stappen in plaats van te wachten tot ze iets vragen. - Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 38 uur per week. - Je werkt graag in weekenden en vakantieperiodes.
