- Medewerker Receptie en Sales Support Amersfoort 32- 40 uur Na jarenlange inzet gaat onze collega genieten van een welverdiend pensioen. Daarom zoeken we een nieuwe collega die haar werkzaamheden gaat overnemen. En het mooie is: je hoeft niet direct in het diepe te springen. Onze collega blijft nog een periode om jou persoonlijk wegwijs te maken en haar kennis en ervaring goed aan je over te dragen. Ben jij iemand die graag van alles regelt, makkelijk schakelt en het leuk vindt om met zowel klanten als collega's contact te hebben? Dan hebben we in Amersfoort een mooie veelzijdige functie voor je. Het ene moment verwerk je de verkoopdossiers van onze verkoopadviseurs, even later verwelkom je een klant die de showroom binnenloopt. Tussendoor neem je de telefoon aan, verwerk je de post en zorg je ervoor dat de koffieautomaten en pantry's netjes en aangevuld zijn. Kortom: geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel op onze vestiging en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat alles goed voor elkaar is. Dit ga je doen In deze functie combineer je administratieve werkzaamheden met gastvrijheid en praktische ondersteuning op de vestiging. Je ondersteunt het salesteam en zorgt tegelijkertijd dat klanten en bezoekers zich welkom voelen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - verwerken en administratief compleet maken van verkoopdossiers; - ondersteunen van de verkoopadviseurs bij administratieve werkzaamheden; - ontvangen en te woord staan van klanten en andere bezoekers; - aannemen van binnenkomende telefoongesprekken en deze waar nodig doorverbinden; - verwerken en verdelen van de binnenkomende post; - netjes en verzorgd houden van de pantry's; - bijvullen en schoonhouden van de koffieautomaten; - signaleren wat er op de vestiging nodig is en dit gewoon oppakken.
