Je bent betrouwbaar en servicegericht, want jouw gasten zijn namelijk heel divers: van je eigen collega's tot aan leveranciers en bezoekers die intern afspraken hebben. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om iedereen te helpen en premium service te bieden, maar vind je het ook geen probleem om bezoekers en medewerkers te wijzen op de procedures, te controleren, te handhaven en daar de mensen ook op aan te spreken. Gedurende de dag zijn er genoeg administratieve werkzaamheden om ervoor te zorgen dat je dagen voorbijvliegen In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het tijdig en zorgvuldig uitvoeren van de administratieve werkzaamheden, zoals de bezoekersregistratie, uitgifte en registratie van sleutels, toegangspassen en badges. Hierbij controleer je de gegevens altijd op juistheid en volledigheid. Je gaat zorgvuldig om met persoonlijke en vertrouwelijke gegevens. - Het signaleren van knelpunten. Je deelt je kennis en ideeën en werkt verbeteringen uit in afstemming met collega's. - Het bieden van ondersteuning aan leidinggevenden en andere medewerkers. Je zorgt er altijd voor dat iedereen tijdig, correct en volledig wordt geïnformeerd en geadviseerd. - Bezoekers en collega's informeren over (en controleren op) de geldende (veilighe...
