Medewerker receptie ( 3-4 dagen per week) Heerlen Parttime MBO Medewerker receptie ( 3 4 dagen per week) Introductie Kasteel Terworm, het kasteel in Parkstad Limburg waar gastvrijheid en culinair genieten in een sfeervol en ontspannen ambiance hoog in het kasteelvaandel staat, is wegens uitbreiding van het team, op zoek naar een enthousiaste én gemotiveerde medewerker receptie voor maximaal 32 uur. Beschrijving Functie inhoud - het ontvangen, te woord staan en in- en uitchecken van gasten; - het verhuren van vrije kamers; - het opnemen van, en anticiperen op, bijzonderheden/wensen van gasten; - het geven van algemene en toeristische informatie; - het verlenen van een correcte service; - het aannemen van, en anticiperen op, telefoongesprekken; - het verzorgen van de uitgaande post. - Je bent bereid om onregelmatig te werken in diensten van 7 - 15 uur, of van 15 - 23 uur.
