Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat gasten zien, de persoon die elke vraag moeiteloos beantwoordt en degene die iedereen zich meteen welkom laat voelen. Van kamerinfo tot de leukste hotspots in Maastricht, jij weet precies waar gasten moeten zijn. Wat ga je doen? - Gasten in- en uitchecken met een glimlach; - Professioneel afhandelen van telefoon- en e-mailverkeer; - Gasten informeren over het hotel en de omgeving, altijd met dat stapje extra; - Reserveringen verwerken voor het hotel en restaurant; - Financiële transacties controleren en afhandelen; - Klachten zien als kansen en deze creatief oplossen; - Je shift leiden, verwerken en evalueren zodat alles soepel en gestructureerd verloopt. Wat mag je verwachten? Werken in een warm, enthousiast team waar écht ruimte is voor groei en eigen initiatief. Bovendien krijg je: - Een salaris tussen €2500,- en €2875,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 38 uur per week; - Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 10 km; - Een leerzame werkomgeving met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor groei; - Afwisselende diensten: 06:45-15:15, 10:00-18:30, 12:00-20:30 of 14:45-23:15; - Voor € 85,- (incl. ontbijt) overnachten bij alle Valk Exclusief hotels; - 20% personeelskorting in onze Valk Exclusief restaurants; - Gratis gebruik maken van het zwembad, welness én fitness in het hotel; - Uiteraard 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en deelname aan het pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering.
