Vacature medewerker Receptie / Frontoffice - Voor onze vakantieparken MarinaPark Residentie Bloemendaal in Vogelenzang en Residentie Nieuw Loosdrecht in Loosdrecht zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een frontoffice medewerker (receptionist) voor 16 tot 38 uur . In Loosdrecht zoeken wij een frontoffice medewerker voor 2 dagen ( 16 uur) per week (oproepbasis). Samen met jouw team van enthousiaste collega's weet je bij te dragen aan het vakantiegevoel van onze gast. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en verblijdt hen met jouw stralende lach. Het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken, het maken van reserveringen of meedenken in leuke animatie activiteiten behoort tot de taken. Je informeert onze gasten over de faciliteiten en mogelijkheden van het park en over de omgeving. Wij bieden jou een mooie kans om jezelf volledig te ontwikkelen. Je leert zelfstandig te werken en hierbij een mooie stap te zetten naar jouw toekomst in de recreatie. Daarbij zijn er mogelijkheden tot baankansen in de toekomst. Je staat bij ons midden in het team en wij staan graag open voor jouw ideeën en kijk op zaken. Samen hebben wij als doel om jou uiteindelijk klaar te stomen om zelfstandig de receptie/lobby te kunnen draaien. Over welke vaardigheden beschik jij? Je houdt ervan om onze gasten te verrassen en doet er alles aan om een geweldige gastbeleving te creëren. Met jouw positieve en servicegerichte instelling kijk je ernaar uit om bij MarinaParken de volgende stap in je carrière te mogen zetten. Wij mogen ook veel buitenlandse gasten op ons park verwelkomen, kennis van de Duitse- en Engelse taal zou daarom fijn zijn. Zelfstandig en accuraat werken met een pro-actieve werkhouding is passend binnen de MarinaParken-cultuur. Ook sta je je mannetje in uitdagende situaties en ben je oplossingsgericht.
