Zet jouw boekingservaring in op het reisbureau van de Tweede Kamer. Jij zorgt voor de juiste tickets, hotelboekingen en een zorgvuldige afhandeling van declaraties. Wat ga je doen? Van een treinreis tot een vlucht met hotel: jij verzorgt de boekingen voor beide Kamers. Je werkt met Travelpoint, het boekingsplatform van de Rijksoverheid, en past de geldende regels voor dienstreizen toe. Jouw werk gaat verder dan boeken. Je handelt ook de bijbehorende reisdeclaraties af en verwerkt ze in het financiële systeem. Een functie waarin jouw ervaring met reizen boeken en jouw nauwkeurigheid goed samenkomen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je boekt treinreizen, vluchten en hotels voor de Tweede en Eerste Kamer. - Je handelt de bijbehorende reisdeclaraties af. - Je verwerkt de declaraties in het financiële systeem. - Je zorgt dat boekingen en declaraties correct zijn en houdt rekening met de regels voor dienstreizen. Je werkt maximaal 28 uur per week. Je start op 15 oktober 2026 en werkt tot en met 31 december 2026, met kans op verlenging. Hybride werken kan in overleg. Wie ben jij? Jij kent het boeken van reizen binnen de Rijksoverheid en werkt nauwkeurig. Je let op de gegevens bij iedere boeking en declaratie. Zo zorg je dat zowel de reis als de administratie klopt. Verder heb je: - Minimaal een opleiding op mbo-niveau. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het boeken van reizen in Travelpoint of TEM binnen de Rijksoverheid, niet ouder dan 2 jaar. - Kennis van de geldende regels voor dienstreizen van de Rijksoverheid.
