De exacte werklocatie is Arnhem. Je krijgt in deze functie de verantwoordelijkheid over eigen grote klanten van DHL en hierbij speelt relatie beheer een grote rol. Er wordt veel eigen management en verantwoordelijkheid gevraagd en in ruil hiervoor krijg je eigen vrijheid! Jij gaat je dagelijks bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Schakelen met regiomanagers of collega's van diverse afdelingen binnen DHL - Zorgen voor updates richting de klant en het afhandelen van claims - Analyseren waarom iets misgaat Dit krijg je - Brutosalaris tussen € 2.769,77 en € 3.713,83 per maand - Kans op een direct contract bij DHL bij goed functioneren - Reiskostenvergoeding conform voorwaarden DHL - Vierweekse training - Parttime en fulltime mogelijkheden tussen 32 en 40 uur per week - Uitzendcontract via Manpower - Mogelijkheid om deels thuis te werken en deels op kantoor (volledig thuiswerken is niet mogelijk) - Pensioenopbouw via Manpower
