Landgoed ISVW is een bijzondere locatie midden in het groen, gelegen op het prachtige Landgoed Den Treek, tussen Leusden en Amersfoort. Met 115 hotelkamers, 10 vergaderzalen, een restaurant met 140 zitplaatsen, diverse lounges en terrassen bieden wij volop ruimte voor inspirerende zakelijke én particuliere bijeenkomsten. Voor ons commerciële team zoeken wij een enthousiaste medewerker reserveringen die ervoor zorgt dat iedere aanvraag uitgroeit tot een succesvolle bijeenkomst. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker reserveringen ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en relaties. Je begeleidt het traject van aanvraag tot definitieve reservering en zorgt ervoor dat alle afspraken helder worden vastgelegd en intern goed worden overgedragen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aannemen, uitwerken en vastleggen van groepsaanvragen voor onze vergaderzalen, het restaurant en de bar, voor zowel de zakelijke als particuliere markt; - Het adviseren van klanten en het samenstellen van passende, aantrekkelijke voorstellen; - Het onderhouden, uitbouwen en optimaliseren van relaties; - Het verwerken en zorgvuldig vastleggen van afspraken en het communiceren hiervan naar onze operationele afdelingen; - Het ontvangen van relaties en verzorgen van rondleidingen op ons landgoed; - Het actief meedenken over mogelijkheden om de bezetting en omzet verder te optimaliseren; - Het signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen en het bijdragen aan een optimale gastbeleving.
