Als Medewerker Reserveringen ben jij het eerste contactmoment voor onze gasten en zorg je ervoor dat hun verblijf van begin tot eind soepel verloopt. Je verwerkt reserveringen, volgt wijzigingen op en hebt nauw contact met zowel de gasten als de Front Office. Klinkt goed? Lees snel verder! Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt reserveringen aan via telefoon en e-mail en verwerkt deze nauwkeurig in ons systeem. - Je volgt wijzigingen op en stemt bijzonderheden af met de Front Office en andere afdelingen. - Samen met de Revenue Manager zorg je voor een optimale kamerbezetting. - Je denkt mee in oplossingen en draagt bij aan een gastvrije ervaring, nog vóórdat de gast arriveert. Wie ben jij? Jij bent de perfecte aanvulling op ons team als je… - Accuraat werkt en oog hebt voor detail. - Gastvrijheid in je DNA hebt en altijd een stapje extra zet voor de beste service. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden hebt en moeiteloos schakelt tussen verschillende gesprekspartners. - Nederlands en Engels vloeiend beheerst (een derde taal is mooi meegenomen). - Ervaring hebt met reserveringssystemen in de hotellerie (ervaring met Opera is een pré). - Flexibel bent en goed functioneert in een dynamische werkomgeving.
