Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten uit binnen en buitenland die kiezen voor een bijzondere lunch of diner. Zorg jij voor een perfecte start van hun bezoek?

Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken bij RIJKS®, een fine dining restaurant met Michelinster, gelegen in de Philipsvleugel van het Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Onder leiding van Executive Chef Joris Bijdendijk worden hier gastronomische gerechten geserveerd vanuit 'de keuken van de lagelanden' met smaken en ingrediënten van Nederlandse bodem. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met de fiets en het ov, met halte Rijksmuseum aan de overkant. RIJKS® is onderdeel van Vermaat en staat bekend om zijn hoogwaardige hospitality. Onze gasten bestaan zowel uit zakelijke bezoekers als vrijetijdsgasten die van dinsdag t/m zondag kunnen genieten van een culinaire lunch, borrel of het diner. Je komt te werken in een gepassioneerd team waarin vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan. Samen met het team streven we continu naar het hoogste niveau van service en kwaliteit. Jouw functie

Als Reserveringsmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten, nog vóór ze een voet over de drempel zetten. Met jouw warme en professionele benadering zorg je voor een gastvrije en efficiënte afhandeling van alle reserveringen. Je houdt overzicht, plant zorgvuldig en zorgt dat elke gast zich al welkom voelt bij het eerste contact. Jouw taken: - Aannemen, bevestigen en beheren van (online en telefonische) reserveringen, inclusief speciale wensen of dieetvoorkeuren; - Proactief adviseren van gasten over beschikbaarheid, menu's, arrangementen en eventuele evenementen; - Zorgdragen voor een accurate bezettingsplanning en het doorgeven van reserveringsinformatie aan het team; - Onderhouden van het reserveringssysteem en verwerken van wijzigingen of annuleringen; - Professioneel en
