Sterk in administratie en interesse in transportwetgeving? Deze juniorfunctie in ritverwerking biedt jou een mooie kans om je te ontwikkelen.

Als medewerker ritverwerking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig verwerken van ritgegevens en het bewaken van rij- en rusttijden. Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde administratie binnen het transportproces en ondersteunt chauffeurs bij hun retourritten.

Je taken bestaan uit:

- Je volgt rij- en rusttijden en RSE-regelgeving op - Registeren, analyseren en volgen van RSE- en snelheidsovertredingen - U bespreekt overtredingen en onregelmatigheden met chauffeur - Rapporteren van overtredingen van interimchauffeurs aan HR, die instaat voor de verdere communicatie aan de interim kantoren - Beheren van verkeersboetes van A-Z, identificeren van chauffeur en voorbereiden van verzoekschriften tot vrijstelling - Opvolgen van de geldigheid en vernieuwing van chauffeurskaarten met HR - U volgt Trimble en CarCube op en gebruikt deze informatie voor de chauffeurs opvolging - Verwerken van ritten in Fleethours en controle op bijhorende kosten - Start- en eind uren corrigeren

Bijkomend zal je het aanspreekpunt zijn voor HR en de dienstverantwoordelijke rond arbeidstijd, tijdregistratie,... Je helpt mee toezien op de naleving van het filiaalakkoord en de arbeidswetging. Je levert informatie en rapportages aan de verantwoordelijke.

Je komt terecht bij een klant waar je nauwkeurig werken en structuur brengen in processen centraal staan. Je werkt in een omgeving waar je je kennis over transportwetgeving verder kunt uitbreiden en waar jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan een soepel verloop van de transportadministratie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Nauwkeurig werken en administratie correct verwerken geven je energie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en durft chauffeurs op een constructieve manier aan te spreken.
  • Werken met verschillende systemen, zoals Fleet Hours en een TMS, schrikt je niet af.

Vakkennis: Kennis van rij- en rusttijden is voor deze functie een belangrijke troef. Je hebt een eerste ervaring in transport, administratie, tijdregistratie of HR.

Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Frans is mooi meegenomen.
