GR de Bevelanden Gemeenschappelijke Regeling de Bevelanden is een samenwerkingsverband tussen de Bevelandse gemeenten Borsele, Goes, Kapelle, Noord-Beveland en Reimerswaal (ruim 100.000 inwoners) op het gebied van Werk, Inkomen en Zorgbeleid, ICT en Personeel en Organisatie. Vijf organisaties in een dus. Met alle dynamiek en interessante projecten die daarbij horen. Je werkt gedeeltelijk vanuit het Stadskantoor in Goes en deels vanuit huis. Het team HRM bestaat uit 26 bevlogen en betrokken collega's die de vijf Bevelandse gemeenten en GR de Bevelanden ondersteunen op het gebied van personeel en organisatieontwikkeling. Je komt te werken in het subteam personeels- en salarisadministratie, bestaande uit in totaal 8 deskundige collega's. Functieomschrijving Onze salarisadministratie groeit. Vanaf januari verzorgen we de salarisadministratie voor twee organisaties extra. Daarom breiden we ons team uit en zoeken we een nieuwe collega. In deze functie werk je voor verschillende organisaties en krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende vragen en situaties.
