Jij doet het Onze salarisadministratie groeit. Vanaf januari verzorgen we de salarisadministratie voor twee organisaties extra. Daarom breiden we ons team uit en zoeken we een nieuwe collega. In deze functie werk je voor verschillende organisaties en krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende vragen en situaties. Zomaar een inkijkje in jouw werkdag als Medewerker Salarisadministratie: Samen met je collega's begin je de dag met het verwerken van de mutaties. Daar zitten veel gangbare zaken tussen, maar ook een aantal uitzonderingen. Indien nodig neem je contact op met een medewerker, manager of HR-adviseur voor extra toelichting, zodat de mutaties correct afgehandeld worden. Tussendoor krijg je een telefoontje van een HR-adviseur met een vraag over het correct toepassen van overwerkvergoeding. Door jouw specialistische kennis over het vakgebied, cao en geldende wet- en regelgeving weet je deze vraag op een goede manier te beantwoorden. Na de lunchpauze heb je een overleg met een aantal collega's van de afdeling. Jullie zijn bezig met het optimaliseren van een administratief proces. Samen nemen jullie concrete stappen om tot een goed eindresultaat te komen. Aan het eind van de middag maak je een rapportage voor één van de Bevelandse gemeenten. Zij willen een kostenoverzicht van medewerkers die deelnemen aan een bepaalde regeling.
