Voor onze opdrachtgever VIND Advies in Alkmaar zoeken wij een enthousiaste en betrokken medewerker salarisadministratie die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met het team wil meegroeien. Bij VIND Advies draait het niet alleen om cijfers, maar vooral om de mensen erachter. Dit moderne advies- en administratiekantoor helpt ondernemers met hun financiële administratie, salarisverwerking en financieel advies. Dat doen zij met korte lijnen, persoonlijke aandacht en een praktische aanpak. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerken, werkplezier en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker salarisadministratie zorg je ervoor dat de salarisverwerking voor verschillende klanten zorgvuldig en op tijd wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt, denkt mee met ondernemers en zorgt dat alles administratief goed geregeld is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het verzorgen van de salarisverwerking voor verschillende klanten - Klanten adviseren en vragen beantwoorden over salarisadministratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving - Het verzorgen van aangiften loonbelasting en aan- en afmeldingen bij instanties - Ondersteunen bij overige administratieve werkzaamheden - Meedenken over het verbeteren van werkprocessen en de dienstverlening Wie zoeken wij? Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een enthousiaste, nieuwsgierige en betrokken collega met gevoel voor cijfers. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert gemakkelijk en vindt het leuk om klanten verder te helpen.
