Een correcte salarisbetaling is voor iedere medewerker belangrijk. Als Medewerker salarisadministratie bij LVO zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat alles achter de schermen zorgvuldig, tijdig en volgens de geldende regels verloopt. Je werkt voor de volledige organisatie en hebt een belangrijke rol binnen het salarisproces. Jij zorgt mee voor een salarisadministratie waarop iedereen kan vertrouwen. Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt? Je krijgt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, opleidingen en trainingen te volgen en mee te denken over de verbetering van processen en systemen. Zo bouw je niet alleen verder aan je kennis, maar lever je ook een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van de salarisadministratie binnen LVO. Functie-informatie: Als Medewerker salarisadministratie zorg je samen met je collega's voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de salarissen. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: - Je verzamelt, verwerkt, berekent, controleert de gegevens die nodig zijn voor de salarisbetaling; - Je verwerkt mutaties in het geautomatiseerde salarisverwerkingssysteem; - Je controleert gegevens op juistheid en toetst deze aan de geldende regelgeving en het organisatiebeleid; - Je controleert loonbestanddelen en de afdracht van onder andere loonbelasting, sociale premies en pensioenbijdragen; - Je maakt de salarisverwerking gereed en zorgt ervoor dat de salarissen op de overeengekomen datum betaalbaar zijn; - Je controleert en verwerkt uitkeringen, facturen en ontvangsten van uitkeringsinstanties; - Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de cao, fiscale wetgeving en sociale wetgeving op ...
