- Amsterdam - 32 - 40 uur - 3500-4500 per maand Vast Een volle HR-inbox, personeelsmutaties die verwerkt moeten worden, contracten die klaar moeten staan en een salarisrun die gewoon iedere maand moet kloppen. Voor een sterk groeiende organisatie in de regio Amsterdam zoeken wij een ervaren Medewerker Salarisadministratie & HR die juist energie krijgt van zo'n operationele omgeving. Wat ga je doen als Medewerker Salarisadministratie & HR? - Voorbereiden en verwerken van de salarisadministratie; - Controleren en verwerken van personeels- en salarismutaties; - Verwerken van uren, declaraties, reiskosten en andere payrollgegevens; - Beantwoorden en opvolgen van vragen van medewerkers over salaris en HR-administratie; - Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en contractverlengingen; - Verwerken van indiensttredingen, wijzigingen en uitdiensttredingen; - Beheren en actualiseren van personeelsdossiers; - Zorgen dat documentatie in systemen en SharePoint volledig en actueel is; - Verwerken en opvolgen van verlof- en verzuimregistraties; - Ondersteunen bij onboarding en offboarding; - Bewaken en verbeteren van administratieve workflows; - Signaleren waar processen slimmer, sneller of beter ingericht kunnen worden; - Ondersteunen bij overige operationele HR-vraagstukken wanneer dat nodig is. Het is een brede functie binnen een relatief compacte organisatie. Je werkzaamheden zijn daardoor niet volledig afgebakend. De ene periode ben je intensief bezig met salarisadministratie, daarna verschuift de aandacht weer meer naar HR-administratie, contracten en medewerkergerelateerde vragen. Wat neem jij mee? - MBO 4/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Aantoonbare ervaring met salarisadministratie/payroll. - Ervaring binnen HR-administratie, personeelsadministratie of een vergelijkbare backofficefunctie. - Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. - Je vindt het prettig om veel operationele werkzaamheden zelfstandig af te handelen. - Je houdt overzicht wan...
