Voor ons salesteam zoeken we een Medewerker Sales voor 24 uur per week. Iemand die snel kan schakelen, afspraken nakomt en ervoor zorgt dat commerciële kansen niet blijven liggen. Geen lange verhalen of onnodige poespas: jij houdt van duidelijkheid, pakt aan en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Sales ondersteun je het commerciële proces en zorg je ervoor dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd, opgevolgd en geregeld. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en actueel houden van gegevens in het CRM-systeem ; - Bewaken van offertes en opdrachtbevestigingen ; - Indienen van aanvragen via dynamische aankoopsystemen en marktplaatsen ; - Bewaken van deadlines en zorgen voor tijdige opvolging; - Ondersteunen bij offertes en commerciële trajecten ; - Inplannen van afspraken ; - Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek ; - Onderhouden van contacten, onder andere rondom SROI . Je bent hierin een belangrijke schakel binnen het salesteam. Je houdt overzicht, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen.
