Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij de onmisbare schakel achter het verkoopproces van onze BYD-vestigingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles, van offerte tot aflevering, soepel, correct en volgens planning verloopt. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en overzicht kunnen onze verkoopadviseurs zich volledig richten op waar zij goed in zijn: klanten begeleiden naar hun nieuwe BYD. Je werkt nauw samen met verkoopadviseurs, leasemaatschappijen, importeurs en verschillende interne afdelingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij weet moeiteloos het overzicht te bewaren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het administratief verwerken en begeleiden van verkooporders tot aan de aflevering. - Het controleren en verwerken van klant-, financierings- en voertuiggegevens. - Het beheren en actueel houden van verkoopdossiers in CRM- en ERP-systemen. - Het bewaken van levertijden en het proactief informeren van collega's en partners over wijzigingen. - Het voorbereiden, controleren en archiveren van contracten en afleverdocumentatie. - Het beheren van de voorraadadministratie en demovoertuigen. - Het ondersteunen van het verkoopteam bij administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden.
