- Contact Martens keramiek Medewerker Sales Support & Customer Service Martens kunststoffen zoekt een leuke nieuwe collega om ons Sales Support en Customer Service team uit te breiden. Ben jij dat? Check dan onderstaande vacature en kom werken bij Martens in Oosterhout! Wat ga je doen? Samen met 7 collega's zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Jij bent onderdeel van de afdeling waar klantenservice, offertes maken voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten, inzetten van orders, klachtenbehandeling en soms ook bellen met debiteuren, onderdeel zijn van de taken. Verder ondersteun je de verkoopleider en de collega's van de buitendienst en daarbij is geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw werk stroomt binnen via e-mail en de telefoon staat regelmatig roodgloeiend. Ook Franstalige klanten weten ons zo te vinden, dus jij laat je niet afschrikken door een telefoontje in het Frans. Wij leveren vooral in de Benelux en exporteren ook naar Frankrijk. Spreek jij Frans? Reageer dan meteen! In de ochtend ligt de nadruk op het verwerken van de orders zodat het magazijn verder kan, jij krijgt genoeg afwisseling in je werk omdat jij zelfstandig de balans zoekt tussen alle verschillende taken. Jij neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en begrijpt hoe jij het beste de ondersteuning kunt geven die de klant nodig heeft, maar ook jouw buitendienst en verkoopleider. De klant staat centraal en je doet het samen met jouw team. Wie ben jij? - Jij neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw taken; - Jij beseft dat je onderdeel bent van een team; - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Als je Frans spreekt nodigen we je zeker uit voor een kennismaking! - Praktische kennis van MS Office, met name ook Excel; - Jij hebt interesse in alle artikelen van ons brede assortiment zodat je de klant het beste advies kunt geven. - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar, werktijden van 8:30 tot 17:00 uur.
