The posting

Als Medewerker Sales Support ondersteun je de accountmanagers en klanten gedurende het gehele verkooptraject. Jij zorgt ervoor dat offertes, orders en leveringen vlekkeloos verlopen en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen over lopende projecten.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Opstellen en uitwerken van offertes. • Uitwerken van eenvoudige ontwerpvoorstellen en projectplannen op basis van klantwensen. • Verwerken en bewaken van orders. • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en collega's via telefoon en e-mail. • Opvolgen van uitstaande offertes. • Verwerken van klantgegevens en commerciële activiteiten in het CRM-systeem. • Behandelen van vragen, klachten en retouraanvragen. • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij uiteenlopende commerciële werkzaamheden. • Intensief samenwerken met collega's van techniek, logistiek, assemblage en projectondersteuning. • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan omzetgroei. • Bewaken van levertijden en zorgen voor een optimale klantbeleving.

Functie-eisen: Voor deze functie zoeken wij nadrukkelijk een kandidaat met ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst- of sales supportfunctie. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je prettig in een dynamische projectomgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• Affiniteit met interieur, design, projectinrichting of architectuur is een grote pré. • Ervaring met SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator en/of Photoshop is een sterke plus. • Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar en op zoek naar een langdurige samenwerking. • Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring als Medewerker Sales Support, Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst of Sales Support Specialist. • Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau. • Ervaring met offerte- en orderverwerking. • Een klantgerichte en commerciële instelling. • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pré. • Ervaring met een ERP- en CRM-systeem.
