The posting

Als medewerker sales support ondersteun je het commerciële proces van begin tot eind. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van aanvragen, het opstellen van offertes en het begeleiden van orders. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten en leveranciers en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van sales, projectmanagement, ontwerp en logistiek. Door jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze en klantgerichte instelling zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen en klanten optimaal worden geholpen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes. • Verwerken, invoeren en bewaken van orders. • Telefonisch en per mail contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers. • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en bieden van passende oplossingen. • Bewaken van levertijden, afspraken en lopende projecten. • Ondersteunen bij retouren, servicevragen en administratieve processen. • Meedenken over klantoplossingen en commerciële kansen. • Ondersteunen bij ontwerpen, visualisaties en projectvoorstellen. • Op termijn zelfstandig uitwerken van eenvoudige ontwerpen of technische concepten.

Functie-eisen: Wij zoeken geen starter, maar een ervaren medewerker sales support die zelfstandig kan werken en gewend is om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen een commerciële omgeving.

Je bent georganiseerd, klantgericht en vindt het leuk om verschillende werkzaamheden te combineren. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en krijgt energie van het ondersteunen van klanten en collega's.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

• Je beschikt over mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau. • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als medewerker sales support, commercieel medewerker binnendienst, sales support specialist of in een vergelijkbare functie. • Je hebt ervaring met offerte- en orderverwerking binnen een commerciële omgeving. • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt gestructureerd. • Je hebt een klantgerichte en commerc
