Stad Dendermonde is op zoek naar een medewerker schoonmaak aanvullende thuiszorg en organiseert een aanwervingsexamen voor deze deeltijdse (30%) contractuele functie van onbepaalde duur. Er wordt een wervingsreserve aangelegd met een geldigheidsduur van 1 jaar (mogelijk verlengbaar).

  • Ondersteuning bij de wekelijkse schoonmaak bij mensen thuis: dweilen, stofzuigen, ramen lappen, strijken …
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de orde, netheid en hygiëne bij hen thuis
  • Woning netjes en verzorgd achterlaten

Je bent een enthousiast en hulpvaardig persoon die graag in een huiselijke sfeer werkt. Je kunt vlot omgaan met personen met een hulpbehoefte.

Poetsen is voor jou geen routinewerk, maar een ingesteldheid. Je werkt zelfstandig bij de klanten aan huis. Tijdens de uitvoering van jouw takenpakket ben je respectvol, betrouwbaar, discreet en kunnen we rekenen op jouw flexibiliteit. Je vertoont een positieve en klantvriendelijke houding en komt je afspraken na.

Heb je een auto ter beschikking, dan is dit zeker een meerwaarde.

De algemene aanwervingsvoorwaarden:

  • Je geniet de burgerlijke en politieke rechten en je vertoont een gedrag dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie. Dit toon je aan via een uittreksel uit het strafregister dat niet ouder is dan 3 maand bij indiensttreding. Indien blijkt uit het uittreksel dat de voorgeschreven voorwaarden niet vervuld zijn, dan kun je geen beroep maken op het feit dat je tot het examen werd toegelaten.
  • Je bent medisch geschikt voor het uitoefenen van de functie, dit blijkt uit een medisch onderzoek bij indiensttreding.
  • Je slaagt voor de selectieprocedure.
  • Je voldoet aan de taalvoorwaarden (volgens de wetten op het gebruik van talen in bestuurszaken).
  • Je bent toegelaten tot het wettige verblijf in België en je hebt een algemene toegang tot de arbeidsmarkt.
