Bij Silverein zoeken we een flexibele allround schoonmaakmedewerker. Samen met een collega zorg je voor een schoon en fris huis voor onze bewoners. Je maakt kamers en algemene ruimtes schoon. Dankzij jouw werk voelen bewoners, bezoekers en collega's zich welkom in een schone en fijne omgeving. Wie ben jij als Medewerker Schoonmaak? Je houdt van een schone, frisse en opgeruimde omgeving. Je ziet snel wat er moet gebeuren en vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich prettig voelen. Je zorgt graag voor een schone leefomgeving voor ouderen en mensen met dementie. Dat doe je met respect, geduld en aandacht. Je kunt goed communiceren en spreekt en schrijft voldoende Nederlands om samen te werken met bewoners, mantelzorgers en collega's. Zelfstandig werken is voor jou geen probleem: jij redt je prima en pakt door waar nodig. Tegelijkertijd vind je samenwerken met je team juist ook waardevol. Geen dag is hetzelfde in de ouderenzorg. Als de planning verandert, speel je daar makkelijk op in. Met jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat het huis schoon, warm en prettig blijft voor de bewoners. Wij bieden jou: - Salaris volgens cao VVT in FWG 15: tussen € 2.401,72 en € 2.896,76 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur per week. - 8% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. - Primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die interessant voor je kunnen zijn. Het zijn er zoveel dat we hiervoor een aparte pagina hebben gemaakt. - Een contract voor een jaar met de intentie deze daarna te verlengen. - Een baan voor 16-20 uur per week, we stemmen graag met je af hoe je de uren wil verdelen over de week. - Startdatum: zo snel mogelijk.
