Wat je gaat doen Als medewerker schoonmaak lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een prettige en schone leefomgeving voor onze cliënten. Je maakt verschillende ruimtes schoon, zoals de appartementen en algemene ruimtes binnen de woonvoorziening. Je werkt op het terrein Daniel de Brouwerpark in Tilburg. Waar je gaat werken Onder Services van Amarant valt de afdeling schoonmaakonderhoud Amarein. Hier ligt de nadruk op het schoonmaken van verschillende voorzieningen op onze centrumlocaties het Daniël de Brouwerpark en 't Hooge Veer in Tilburg. Je werktijden zijn in overleg van maandag tot en met vrijdag, variërend tussen 09.00 uur en 13.00 uur Wat breng jij mee Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en je hebt een gezonde dosis relativeringsvermogen en humor. Je hebt affiniteit met schoonmaak. Je hebt een flexibele houding en het vermogen om zaken snel op te pakken. Je bent beschikbaar in de ochtenden. Wat je krijgt Een vast dienstverband tussen de 12 tot 20 uur per week. De werkdagen zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag in de ochtend, je krijgt vooraf een planning. Als medewerker schoonmaak ontvang je een salaris o.b.v. 36 uur per week van € 2.197,- € 2.893,- bruto per maand (FWG 15 van de cao Gehandicaptenzorg). Vakantietoeslag (8%), een eindejaarsuitkering en balansverlof (wat je kunt sparen, verkopen, bijkopen en inzetten) naar rato wat 10 jaar geldig is. Een vergoeding voor reiskosten, dienstreizen, parkeerkosten en VOG en 100 dagen introductie- en inwerkprogramma, waarin je wegwijs wordt gemaakt binnen Amarant.
