Als medewerker schoonmaak maak jij elke dag mee het verschil voor onze patiënten, bezoekers en collega’s. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons ziekenhuis een nette, hygiënische en aangename plek is waar mensen zich welkom voelen.

Wat houdt je job in?

- Je staat, samen met je collega’s en onder begeleiding van het diensthoofd of teamverantwoordelijke, in voor het onderhoud van ruimtes en materialen in het ziekenhuis. - Je volgt de hygiënevoorschriften en procedures zorgvuldig op. - Je maakt schoon met zowel handmatige technieken als met moderne schoonmaakmachines. - Je wordt ingezet voor aanvullende werkzaamheden, zoals het aanvullen van sanitaire benodigdheden - Je hebt een vriendelijk en professioneel contact met patiënten, bezoekers en zorgverleners. - Je denkt mee over hoe we onze werking nog beter en efficiënter kunnen maken.

We zoeken vooral iemand met enthousiasme en de juiste ingesteldheid. Ervaring of diploma zijn dus geen vereiste om deel uit te maken van ons team. Wat we belangrijk vinden:

- Je spreekt, begrijpt en leest vlot Nederlands, zodat je goed kan communiceren met collega’s, patiënten en bezoekers. - Orde, netheid en hygiëne liggen jou nauw aan het hart. - Je werkt graag samen in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je taken organiseren en prioriteiten stellen. - Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en motivatie om elke dag mee het verschil te maken. - Je kan discreet omgaan met informatie en respecteert altijd het beroepsgeheim. - Je hebt oog voor de beleving van de patiënt en stelt klantgerichtheid voorop
