  • Je zorgt voor het schoonmaken van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en administratieve lokalen, met de juiste methodes en technieken.
  • Je houdt altijd een oogje in het zeil voor de veiligheid van onze bewoners en handelt daarnaar.
  • Je meldt technische defecten meteen aan onze technische dienst.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met bewoners: je babbelt met hen en doet dat altijd met respect en empathie.
  • Je springt flexibel bij wanneer een collega afwezig is, bijvoorbeeld bij de maaltijdbedeling.

Als medewerker schoonmaak ben je belangrijk. Met jouw werk creëer je niet alleen een frisse en nette leefomgeving, maar ook fijne momenten. Een glimlach, een goed gesprek, een helpende hand… het zijn kleine dingen die voor onze bewoners een groot verschil maken. Samen zorgen we voor een warme thuis. Want elke dag verdient een gouden randje.

Je hebt een groot hart voor mensen en doet je werk met zorg en trots. Flexibiliteit zit in je natuur en je past je vlot aan waar nodig. Dankzij je ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie weet je precies wat belangrijk is in een woonzorgcentrum. Je werkt graag samen, hebt oog voor je collega’s én voor de bewoners. Bovendien ben je stipt en bereid om te werken met een variabel uurrooster.
