Als medewerker schoonmaak bij Vlashof zorg je samen met je collega's voor een nette, veilige en aangename leefomgeving. Dankzij jouw inzet voelen bewoners zich thuis in een verzorgde omgeving en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan hun welzijn en levenskwaliteit.

Bij Vlashof geloven we in een open huis waar bewoners, families en medewerkers elkaar kennen en respecteren. Onze groene campus in Stekene biedt plaats aan 110 bewoners en staat bekend om haar warme, familiale sfeer. De eigen brasserie vormt een gezellige ontmoetingsplaats voor bewoners, bezoekers en medewerkers. Hier werken we met respect voor ieders eigenheid en bouwen we samen aan een professionele en huiselijke omgeving.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

Schoonmaken van bewonerskamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes; Reinigen en ontsmetten van sanitaire voorzieningen; Stof afnemen, afval verwijderen en vuilnisbakken ledigen; Onderhouden van vloeren en meubilair; Ventileren en verluchten van ruimtes; Reinigen en onderhouden van schoonmaakmateriaal; Aanvullen van handdoek- en zeepverdelers; Mee zorgen voor orde, hygiëne en een aangename leefomgeving.

Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar mensen centraal staan. Je bent zorgvuldig, behulpzaam en hebt oog voor detail. Daarnaast werk je graag samen met collega's, maar kan je ook zelfstandig jouw taken organiseren.

Verder vragen wij:

Ervaring in schoonmaak is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste; Een goede kennis van het Nederlands; Een verzorgd voorkomen en oog voor hygiëne; Een positieve, klantgerichte houding; Teamspirit gecombineerd met zelfstandigheid; Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin; Bereidheid om te werken in een variabel uurrooster; Bereidheid om gemiddeld 1 weekend op 2 te werken.
