Je houdt overzicht, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling geeft jou energie. Voor deze functie is het belangrijk dat je beschikbaar bent op woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag. Dit ga je doen In deze afwisselende functie zorg je ervoor dat collega's in het primaire proces, teamcoördinatoren en het managementteam kunnen rekenen op een goed georganiseerde en proactieve ondersteuning. Je bent vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende telefonische vragen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige verwerking van meldingen in cliëntdossiers. Daarnaast houd je overzicht op gemaakte afspraken, lopende acties en belangrijke termijnen, waaronder deadlines van klachtendossiers en inzageverzoeken. Ook verzorg je de verwerking van inkomende post en handel je algemene én vertrouwelijke correspondentie en documenten zorgvuldig af. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, organisatietalent en gevoel voor prioriteiten verlopen de administratieve en secretariële processen soepel en kunnen collega's zich richten op hun werkzaamheden voor cliënten.
