Dan is de functie van Medewerker Selectie & Opleiding bij Taxiwerq misschien iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Selectie & Opleiding ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mensen die als taxichauffeur aan de slag willen. Vanuit heel Nederland komen dagelijks sollicitaties binnen via onze website, relaties, het UWV, gemeenten en andere kanalen. Jij voert het eerste telefonische gesprek met deze kandidaten. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen een cv. Je wilt weten wie iemand is, wat hem of haar motiveert en of het werk als taxichauffeur past bij de persoonlijke situatie en verwachtingen. Je bespreekt onder andere de beschikbaarheid, het gewenste aantal uren en de mogelijkheden binnen het personenvervoer. Ook informeer je kandidaten over wat nodig is om als taxichauffeur te kunnen starten, zoals medische geschiktheid, een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en de benodigde opleiding. Omdat kandidaten gebruik kunnen maken van verschillende financieringsmogelijkheden, kijk je samen met hen welke route van toepassing is. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld via het UWV, een gemeente, een andere regeling of op eigen initiatief. Tijdens het gesprek maak je een goede inschatting van de kandidaat. Past iemand bij het werk? Zijn de verwachtingen realistisch? Is de kandidaat gemotiveerd en zie jij voldoende mogelijkheden om het traject voort te zetten? Wanneer het totaalplaatje klopt, zorg jij ervoor dat de kandidaat doorgaat naar de volgende stap.
