Als medewerker Service val je bij Albert Heijn onder de supermarktmanager en de manager service. Zij regelen wat nodig is zodat jij je kan begeven tussen de kassa’s, het zelfscanplein en de scan & go. Op deze manier kan jij samen met je collega’s de klant extra persoonlijke aandacht geven.

Als medewerker service sta je elke dag in contact met klanten.

Jij zorgt er dan ook voor dat er altijd een vlotte doorstroming is bij de kassa’s.

Hoewel klanten tegenwoordig steeds meer zelf doen, zorg jij toch voor die persoonlijke touch.

De klant voelt zich bij jou altijd welkom omdat je plezier hebt in je werk en dat uitstraalt.Wanneer een klant ergens mee zit, signaleer je dit direct en stap je er op af.

Met jouw persoonlijke benadering kan je echt het verschil maken voor de klant en dat voelt goed!

Het geeft je een echt kick wanneer je die lastige vragen van een klant met een lach weet op te lossen. En kom je er een keertje niet uit? Dan is er altijd de Manager Service. Die coacht jou in het begeleiden ervan en helpt je om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Met de Manager Service bespreek je ook de voortgang van de afdeling.

Profiel

- Je spreekt Nederlands

- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster.

Dit in een 5 dagen werkweek van maandag tot zondag.

- Je bent iemand waar klantvriendelijkheid voorop staat.

- Je hebt kennis over de service afdeling of bent bereid hier in bij te leren.
