Jij kiest voor veiligheid én service

Als Medewerker Service Desk & Veiligheidsoplossingen ben je een belangrijke schakel in het waarborgen van de digitale veiligheid binnen de Vlaamse Overheid. Je ondersteunt medewerkers en externe partners bij vragen rond toegangsbeheer, digitale loketten en toepassingen.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat vragen, meldingen en incidenten correct, efficiënt en klantgericht worden behandeld. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden, technische interesse en oplossingsgerichte aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan een veilige en vlotte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Behandelen van binnenkomende vragen en meldingen via telefoon, e-mail en ticketingsystemen.
  • Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van incidenten en serviceaanvragen volgens vastgelegde procedures.
  • Escaleren van complexe dossiers naar de tweede of derde lijn of gespecialiseerde teams wanneer nodig.
  • Proactief opvolgen van dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige afhandeling.
  • Kennis delen met het contactcenter door scripts aan te maken of te actualiseren in de redactieomgeving.
  • Interne procedures opstellen, actualiseren en documenteren in Confluence.
  • Initiatief nemen om briefings en opleidingen te organiseren voor collega's.
  • Werken in een hybride omgeving vanuit Diegem, Brussel en thuis.

PROFIEL

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt oog voor detail, zowel in de contacten met klanten als met collega's.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en draagt actief bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT en digitale toepassingen en begrijpt de basisprincipes van informatiebeveiliging.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en vindt graag oplossingen voor complexe vragen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren.
  • Je bent bereid om minstens twee dagen per week naar Brussel te reizen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

Ervaring is geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een klantgerichte houding zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.

  • Maaltijdcheques van € 9,50 per gewerkte dag na 3 maanden tewerkstelling.
