Wat ga je doen? In een team van enthousiaste medewerkers ben je het eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor klanten, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en snelle registratie en afhandeling van vragen, verzoeken en incidenten. Je bent goed in staat om de prioriteit van de binnenkomende meldingen vast te stellen. Meldingen die je niet zelf op kunt lossen, speel je in een heldere omschrijving door naar een tweedelijns medewerker/afdeling. Door deze samenwerking vergroot je je kennis die je vervolgens weer kunt toepassen bij het afhandelen van nieuwe binnenkomende meldingen. Verder verwerk je werknemers- en verzuimgegevens die wij ontvangen van werkgevers in onze backoffice.

Werkzaamheden en taken • Het invoeren van werknemers- en verzuimgegevens; • Het onderhouden van inkomende en uitgaande telefonische contacten; • Het analyseren, registreren en prioriteren van binnenkomende meldingen; • Het zoveel mogelijk zelf afhandelen van vragen, verzoeken en incidenten; • Het uitzetten van tweedelijns meldingen naar de juiste afdeling; • Het bewaken van de voortgang en evalueren van de afhandeling; • Het uitvoeren van algemene ondersteunende taken. • Het meewerken aan interne projecten gericht op ondersteuning naar klanten toe.
