De afdeling service & tickets is het fysieke visitekaartje van het bedrijf: hier krijgen reizigers persoonlijk advies en service, altijd gastvrij, veilig en betrouwbaar. Als medewerker service & tickets maak je deel uit van een hecht team dat samen streeft naar maximale klanttevredenheid. Als medewerker service & tickets ontvang je een bruto uurloon van €15,70, krijg je toeslagen tot 50%, werk je parttime 24 uur per week én heb je doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor reizigers in Amsterdam en werkt op unieke locaties zoals Centraal Station en Bijlmer Arena. Over de functie Als medewerker service & tickets ben jij het gezicht voor reizigers in Amsterdam. Je helpt reizigers bij het kiezen van het juiste vervoerbewijs, geeft actuele reisinformatie en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen tevreden de deur uitgaat. Je bent constant aan het schakelen tussen verschillende systemen en taken: van het verkopen van tickets en het geven van advies tot het beheren van je kas en het invullen van webformulieren. Soms sta je op locatie als host om reizigers met een glimlach te ontvangen en te verwijzen. Het is een actieve baan waarbij je veel staat of loopt, en waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's om elke dag weer topservice te leveren. Je werkt op locaties als Centraal Station, Bijlmer Arena, Noord of Zuid en draait wisseldiensten, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen.
