Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van een soepele en prettige reiservaring voor onze reizigers. In deze dynamische functie combineer je klantgerichtheid met administratieve taken, waarbij je dagelijks schakelt tussen verschillende verantwoordelijkheden. Je werkt op diverse locaties en tijden, wat flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen vraagt. Jouw bijdrage zorgt ervoor dat reizigers zich welkom en goed geholpen voelen. Wat je gaat doen: - Reizigers informeren en ondersteunen: je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt, biedt hulp en verkoopt tickets en abonnementen. - Vestigingen openen en sluiten volgens vastgestelde procedures. - Beheren van loketvoorraad en nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling. - Signaleren van verstoringen in de dienstverlening en proactief schakelen met betrokken afdelingen. - Flexibel werken op verschillende locaties en tijden, aangepast aan de behoeften van de dienst. Wat we je bieden - Een bruto uurloon van € 16,57, met toeslagen van 25-50% voor avonden en weekenden. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. - Parttime functie van 24 tot 25 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden voor een goede werk-privébalans. - 100% vergoeding van OV-reiskosten met een GVB-reispas. - Toegang tot interne trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen GVB. - Een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, diversiteit en jouw professionele groei centraal staan.
