ITEK is de specialist in fiets-, fitness-, tuin- en allerhande andere sport-, hobby- en vrijetijdsartikelen. Onze vestigingen zijn gelegen in zowel Nederland als België. Met een alsmaar uitbreidend winkelnetwerk is ITEK een bloeiende en groeiende onderneming met vele kansen voor zij die de uitdaging aangaan !

Voor ons filiaal in Hasselt zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Medewerker Servicebalie (m/v) die vriendelijk en aangenaam is in de omgang en die het nodige technische inzicht heeft om klanten bij te staan bij hun vragen of opmerkingen betreffende hun (elektrische) fietsen, tuinmachines of andere apparaten.

Je Taken:

  • Je verzorgt de dienst na verkoop van voornamelijk fietsen en elektrische fietsen, maar ook grasmaaiers, fitnessapparatuur en aanverwante producten
  • Je luistert naar de klanten, analyseert het probleem en geeft een goed advies
  • Je coördineert de verdere afhandeling van reparaties binnen het filiaal
  • Je beschikt over een eigen servicebalie en beheert het onderdelenmagazijn en de verkoop van onderdelen

  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent stressbestendig
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en kan probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je bent bereid tot weekendwerk
  • Je hebt ietwat kennis over fietsen en fietsonderdelen
  • Ervaring is slechts beperkt vereist, motivatie en doorzettingsvermogen des te meer !
