Jij luistert, schakelt snel en weet precies waar je moet zijn om iemand verder te helpen. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen honderden medewerkers van deze overheidsorganisatie elke dag zorgeloos hun werk doen. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je neemt meldingen aan via de servicedesk en registreert ze in TOPdesk; - Waar mogelijk los je de melding direct op - lukt dat niet, dan zet je 'm door naar de juiste behandelaar; - Je analyseert binnenkomende meldingen en signaleert patronen of terugkerende problemen; - Je houdt gebruikers op de hoogte van de voortgang en zorgt dat ze weten waar ze aan toe zijn; - Je geeft uitleg over procedures en het gebruik van ICT-middelen; - Je controleert binnenkomende aanvragen op mandaat en volledigheid.
