Wat ga je doen? Heb jij je Wft zorg in bezit? Wil jij mensen verder helpen en krijg je energie van persoonlijk klantcontact? Start dan als medewerker servicedesk bij Menzis in Enschede. Je volgt eerst een uitgebreide interne opleiding, zodat je alle kennis opdoet om klanten deskundig te ondersteunen bij vragen over hun zorgverzekering. Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit? Als medewerker servicedesk ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor verzekerden. Je beantwoordt telefonisch uiteenlopende vragen, denkt actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant een duidelijk en passend antwoord krijgt. Tijdens je opleiding ontwikkel je jezelf tot pakketcoach. Je leert alles over poliszaken en vergoedingen, waardoor je zelfstandig kunt ondersteunen bij onder andere: - Vragen over de basis- en aanvullende zorgverzekering; - Het aanpassen van pakketten en polisgegevens; - Uitleg over vergoedingen en dekkingen; - De voortgang van ingediende declaraties; - Het gebruik van de online dienstverlening van Menzis. Loop je ergens tegenaan? Dan kun je altijd terugvallen op je collega's. Je werkt samen in een betrokken team waarin kennis delen en elkaar ondersteunen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Werken bij Menzis Menzis zet zich iedere dag in voor toegankelijke en betaalbare zorg. Binnen de organisatie staat persoonlijke aandacht centraal, zowel voor verzekerden als voor medewerkers.
