Een vergaderruimte nodig voor een onverwacht overleg? Een vraag over een bestelling? Jij zoekt uit wat nodig is en regelt het. Als medewerker servicedesk facilitair ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor collega's met facilitaire vragen. Je luistert, denkt mee en houdt hen op de hoogte van de oplossing.

Samen met je collega's zorg je dat aanvragen goed worden opgepakt. Dit doe je:

• Je behandelt meldingen en aanvragen via TOPdesk, e-mail, telefoon en aan de balie. • Je ontvangt collega's en helpt hen met vragen of problemen. • Je regelt vergaderruimtes, lunches, bijeenkomsten, kantoorartikelen en andere voorzieningen. • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en zet opdrachten uit. • Je registreert meldingen zorgvuldig en houdt de voortgang bij. • Je houdt informatie, procedures en werkwijzen in TOPdesk actueel. • Je stemt af met adviseurs Facilitair, bodes en facilitaire medewerkers.

Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week, in ieder geval op woensdag en vrijdag. Je start op 1 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 28 februari 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij krijgt energie van een vraag die je kunt oplossen en een collega die geholpen is. Je maakt makkelijk contact en blijft rustig en vriendelijk, ook als het druk is. Je zoekt naar wat wél kan en legt duidelijk uit wat iemand van je mag verwachten. Je hoeft nog niet alles over facilitair werk te weten. Ervaring met dienstverlening en een rustige aanpak vormen een goede basis.

Verder:

• Heb je mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau. • Heb je ervaring met dienstverlening. • Houd je overzicht en bepaal je wat voorrang heeft. • Kom je afspraken na en zorg je voor complete en juiste registraties. • Werk je graag samen en zoek je collega's makkelijk op.
