Binnen DAK Intermediairscollectief zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Servicedesk Hypotheken. Als medewerker van de servicedesk ben jij het 1e aanspreekpunt voor onze leden met betrekking tot hypotheekdossiers. Je ondersteunt hiermee de acceptanten zoveel mogelijk zodat zij verder kunnen met het beoordelen van een dossier. Daarbij biedt deze functie een mooie basis om door te kunnen groeien naar de functie van hypotheekacceptant. Waar je terecht komt DAK Intermediairscollectief is een snelgroeiende organisatie waarin 1500 intermediairs (DAK-leden) in de financiële dienstverlening samen voordelen delen. DAK biedt de financieel adviseur optimale ondersteuning en toegang tot de gehele financiële markt. Je komt te werken in een informele organisatie met ongeveer 130 collega's, waar de lijnen kort zijn en de sfeer prettig. Waar houd jij je mee bezig - Het stroomlijnen van inkomend telefoonverkeer; - Het verwerken van inkomende mails; - Jij wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor onze leden als het gaat om hypotheken, je staat de leden te woord en helpt ze met hun vragen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van verzoeken welke intern worden uitgezet; - Je handelt inkomende gesprekken zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig af. Betreft het een vraag voor een expert? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat de vraag op de goede afdeling en bij de juiste collega terecht komt; - Wanneer je commerciële kansen hoort en ziet, speel je deze door naar onze afdeling Sales; - Jij vangt signalen op en kaart deze aan bij de afdelingen t.b.v. procesverbetering. Wie jij bent Van klantcontact gaat jouw hart sneller kloppen, je krijgt energie van de afwisseling en de diverse gesprekken die hieruit voortkomen.
