Medewerker Servicedesk ICT 32 uur | Rotterdam Jij zorgt dat 200 collega's ongestoord kunnen werken Bij de CED-Groep werken we dagelijks aan onderwijsadvisering en -ontwikkeling. Dat kan alleen als onze ICT-omgeving betrouwbaar, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk is. Als Medewerker Servicedesk ICT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij ICT-vragen en storingen. Je werkt in een compacte, professionele ICT-omgeving waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan - geen massale callcenteromgeving, maar échte ondersteuning. Wat ga je doen? Als servicedeskmedewerker verzorg je de eerstelijns ICTondersteuning binnen de organisatie. Je registreert, analyseert en behandelt meldingen en zorgt dat collega's snel weer verder kunnen werken. Concreet houdt dit in: - afhandelen van ICTmeldingen en gebruikersverzoeken (servicedesk / helpdesk); - ondersteunen bij Microsoft Office, applicaties en digitale werkplekken; - werkplekondersteuning (laptops, randapparatuur, telefonie); - beheren van gebruikersaccounts en autorisaties; - installeren, vervangen en registreren van hardware; - oplossen van veelvoorkomende storingen en het tijdig inschakelen van 2e of 3e lijn; - bewaken van voortgang en helder communiceren met gebruikers; - signaleren van structurele knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen; - maken van korte instructies en gebruikershandleidingen. Doorgroeimogelijkheden Wij investeren in jouw ontwikkeling. Daarom start je direct met een leertraject richting applicatiebeheer, waarbij je samen met functioneel beheerders ervaring opdoet in het beheren van applicaties. Het doel is om door te groeien naar de functie van applicatiebeheerder.
