Wij zijn Tergooi Medisch Centrum. Wij geloven dat het verlenen van zorg anders moet én kan. Dat doen we door te vernieuwen en slimmer te werken. We dagen je uit, we helpen je en jij helpt ons. Zo maken we de zorg samen beter. Wat ga je doen? Als servicedeskmedewerker ICT ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's die een ICT-vraag hebben. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat we de beste zorg kunnen bieden. Collega's uit het hele ziekenhuis kunnen bij jou terecht met ICT-vragen, verzoeken of problemen. Door goed te luisteren en vragen te stellen vind jij de oplossing of weet je welke ICT-collega's jouw collega verder kunnen helpen. Jouw werk is heel afwisselend. Je helpt collega's uit het hele ziekenhuis met uiteenlopende vragen over bv de stabiliteit van cruciale applicaties of inlogproblemen. Als medewerker ICT Servicedesk zorg je ervoor dat alle documentatie en gebruikers handleidingen up-to-date zijn en pas je deze aan waar nodig. Je legt meldingen vast in het call-systeem. Jij ziet waar dingen stroef lopen en komt met ideeën om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Hiernaast houd jij je bezig met wijzigingenbeheer (standaard changes, zoals toekennen accounts en installatie van apparatuur). En wil je met jouw ideeën de ICT binnen ons ziekenhuis iedere dag een beetje beter maken? Wij horen graag jouw ideeën. Wat neem je mee? - Kennis van automatisering op mbo-niveau - Minimaal...
