Het salaris bedraagt tussen de €2.800 - €3.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Wat ga je doen? Opdrachtgevers melden storingen en serviceverzoeken per telefoon, mail of portaal. Jij zorgt dat die melding correct wordt opgepakt: geregistreerd, ingepland en opgevolgd, in afstemming met de huurder of gebruiker ter plaatse en de monteur die het werk uitvoert. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht servicedeskteam waarin iedereen breed inzetbaar is. De werkzaamheden wisselen dagelijks en je pakt op wat nodig is van eerste contact tot correcte facturatie. Concreet betekent dit: - bewaken van de telefoonlijn en mailbox; - registreren en verwerken van meldingen/serviceverzoeken van opdrachtgevers; - inplannen van werkzaamheden in afstemming met huurders en monteurs; - verwerken en bewaken van onderhoudscontracten; - factureren van uitgevoerde werkbonnen; - inboeken van uren en administratie verwerking.

Wat breng jij mee? - een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in een administratieve of financiële richting - ervaring met facturatie, urenregistratie - communicatief sterk: je schakelt moeiteloos tussen opdrachtgevers, huurders en monteurs - beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
