Zorg jij ervoor dat mensen zonder problemen kunnen werken met hun laptop, telefoon en digitale werkplek? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor het cluster Innovatie & ICT zijn wij tijdelijk op zoek naar een Medewerker Servicepunt. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met vragen over hun digitale basiswerkplek. Je werkt vanuit onze locatie in Rijen en ondersteunt medewerkers op verschillende locaties binnen de ABG-organisatie. ABG Organisatie Bij de ABG-organisatie doe je betekenisvol werk in een kleurrijke, inspirerende en uitdagende omgeving. Je doet het voor de bewoners van niet minder dan drie gemeenten: Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. Het werken voor drie gemeenten biedt veel kansen én uitdagingen. Iedereen die je nodig hebt is bereikbaar en benaderbaar en dat verwachten we ook van jou. Binnen de ABG-organisatie nodigen we je uit om mee te denken, je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en af en toe een tikkeltje eigenwijs te zijn. ABG-gemeenten. Helemaal jouw werk! Als medewerker servicepunt zorg jij ervoor dat collega's beschikken over goed werkende hardware en digitale voorzieningen. Je helpt nieuwe medewerkers op weg, beheert de uitgifte en inname van apparatuur en draagt bij aan een optimale digitale werkomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Innovatie & ICT, Facilitaire Zaken, HR en de ICT-specialisten van SSC Equalit, die de technische inrichting van de digitale werkplek beheren. Dit is wat je concreet gaat doen: - Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je beantwoordt vragen over de digitale werkplek en ondersteunt medewerkers bij het gebruik van hun apparatuur. - Apparatuur uitgeven en innemen: Je geeft laptops, smartphones, simkaarten en toegangsdruppels uit en neemt deze bij uitdiensttreding weer in. Je zorgt ervoor dat de apparatuur opnie...
