De medewerker is verantwoordelijk voor post- en logistieke werkzaamheden, magazijnbeheer en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. De functie biedt veel vrijheid en ruimte in uitvoering en draagt bij aan het facilitair beheer van de organisatie. Toon meer Functieomschrijving Binnen Mediant draai je als Medewerker Services mee binnen de afdeling Facilitaire Zaken, waar praktisch en technisch support voor de hele organisatie centraal staat. Je werkt in het team service, post en logistiek en bent breed inzetbaar: vaste taken zoals post- en logistieke werkzaamheden, magazijnbeheer en bodediensten wisselen af met onderhoudswerkzaamheden, het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van medicatierondes. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor ontvangst, opslag en beheer van goederen en het onderhouden en verzorgen van apparatuur zoals koffieautomaten en wasmachines. Je ondersteunt bij (kleine) verhuizingen en bij evenementen en voert werkzaamheden uit rondom gebouw- en terreinbeheer. De werkzaamheden zijn praktisch en afwisselend; vaak weet je hoe je dag begint, maar niet altijd hoe deze eindigt. In het team wordt het werk onderling verdeeld, waarbij je ook eigen vaste taken hebt. De sfeer binnen Facilitaire Zaken is informeel en zakelijk: korte lijnen, samenwerken en snel handelen wanneer dat nodig is, kenmerken de manier van werken. Mediant als werkgever biedt een rol binnen een specialistische GGZ-organisatie in Twente met ongeveer 1.300 medewerkers. De functie geeft veel vrijheid en ruimte in uitvoering en biedt mogelijkheden om mee te bewegen met een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is.
