Als Medewerker Shipping Containers begeleid je internationale zendingen voor onze klanten buiten Europa. Vanaf het verwerken van de verkooporder tot het moment waarop de klant de container in de haven van bestemming ontvangt, houd jij zicht op iedere stap. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, collega's en logistieke partners over de hele wereld en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve en logistieke afhandeling. Jouw rol als Medewerker Shipping Containers Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat internationale verkooporders correct worden verwerkt, gepland en begeleid. Je houdt de voortgang van de containerzendingen nauwlettend in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat de informatie in ons ERP-systeem altijd actueel is. Je werkt nauw samen met Verkoop, Planning, Productie en Finance. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten, expediteurs en koelhuizen. Dankzij jouw overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en communicatie beschikken alle betrokken partijen op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie. Dit ga je doen - Je verwerkt internationale verkooporders in ons ERP-systeem. - Je onderhoudt telefonisch en per e-mail contact met klanten. - Je berekent de beschikbare voorraad en stelt op basis daarvan de verzendplanning op. - Je organiseert het transport van gekoelde containers in samenwerking met expediteurs. - Je informeert koelhuizen en expediteurs over beladingen en productgegevens. - Je zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde veterinaire documenten en vrachtdocumenten kunnen worden opge...
